lacking in self-confidence since I was a child. Okay, I&#039;m exaggerating a bit.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Anyway, someone at this joint exhibition came up with the idea that each artist would say something about their work. When it was my turn, I completely froze and was unable to make a sound. My paintings started to sell more and I believed that I could live without the security of an income in a job that was killing me.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left\">That&#039;s what finally happened. I asked myself if it was really helping others or if I was actually doing it for myself and just making a fool of myself.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left\">I always felt like something was missing, or it wasn&#039;t quite right.<\/p><p>I felt like I might want to do something like the coach does. I&#039;m not someone who has all my problems solved and can live by it flawlessly. I want to support you, because without hope and support I would not be here alone. My story 1995 Childhood Ever since I was a child, I was very withdrawn and without a shred of self-confidence. I was afraid of people and had trouble expressing myself. I don&#039;t remember much from my childhood. I think I was often dissociated, my spirit somewhere away. 2011 The Power of the Present Moment My journey of self-development began with the book The Power of the Present Moment, which opened my eyes at 16 and for the first time I was able to distinguish myself from my thoughts. I realized that what was going through my head might not be true at all. 2016 Beginning Around 2016, I started painting my first abstract paintings that helped me express my inner feelings. I gradually began to overcome my fear and painted on specific themes of my life. I used symbolism and visions that came to me on a given topic and then transferred them to the canvas. 2016 The only thing that gives me meaning is painting. In addition, I started writing my stories and realizations to the paintings, which helped me move forward. I realized that I was not alone in dealing with certain things in my life and that my painting could help someone else. At that time, I was already working in a factory, where I often felt like a soulless robot doing the same thing every day. I could hear my soul crying and could not sleep at night, wondering if such a life even had meaning for me. 2017 First scary exhibitions In 2017, my first solo exhibition took place in my hometown of \u00dast\u00ed nad Orlic\u00ed. I also had other joint exhibitions with other artists around the area during this time. One of them still scares me to this day. Okay, I&#039;m exaggerating a bit. Anyway, someone at this joint exhibition came up with the idea that each artist would say something about their work. When it was my turn, I completely froze and was unable to make a sound. Lots of people were staring at me, while I just stood there awkwardly...* 2019 International successes In 2019, my first international successes appeared. My paintings were exhibited in Milan and Madrid thanks to the cooperation with the Spanish Gallery, and that same year I received Honorable Mention in the global competition Art Olympia 2019. 2020 Prague is calling In 2020, I started participating in international group exhibitions in Prague at the U Zlat\u00e9ho kohouta gallery. This is also related to a charity event to support war veterans, for which each of us painted a picture on the theme of poppies, which was later auctioned off and all the proceeds were used for a good cause. Dark Night of the Soul One night, a big turning point came. I was meditating to connect with my higher self and I received an answer that brought me to my knees. But I knew it was true. It told me to quit my job and break up with my girlfriend. The following days I was quite uncomfortable about it and I didn&#039;t want it that way. I couldn&#039;t imagine it and I wanted to fight it. The resignation Over the years, my passion for learning deepened, I did a lot of deep work on myself and thanks to several other books and various courses, I discovered that there was a way I could make a change. The new hope allowed me to create a vision of a better life and by changing my inner setting, I began to feel success. My paintings started to sell more and I believed that I could live without income security in a job that was killing me. That&#039;s what finally happened. After six years, I left the factory and started working freelance. Life turned upside down After my dismissal, it wasn&#039;t just my work life that changed. Everything changed. A while later, my long-term relationship also ended. Although I didn&#039;t want it to, it ended up happening for some reason. This period was very difficult for me. The enormous uncertainty in all areas forced me to start trusting unconditionally that a higher power was guiding me in the right direction. However, I had enough space to look my fears and shadows in the eye and analyze them. 2021 Coach At the beginning of 2021, a great coach appeared in my life, who, with her support and tricky questions, helped me make a lot of progress in my life and business. Woman A few months later, I met my future wife and subsequently moved to Prague to join her and her children. Does it really make sense to me? I started to doubt my work and everything I do. I asked myself if it really helps others or if I&#039;m actually doing it for myself and just making myself believe something. I still felt like I was missing something or it wasn&#039;t quite right. I felt like I might want to do something like the coach does. That might be even closer to me than painting pictures. At the same time, I was scared of it and didn&#039;t want to give up everything I had built up so far. So I started thinking about what else I could create for others, how to help, and a few things came to mind... 2022 The idea for the book One of those things was to write a short ebook in which I would share important lessons that I had learned over the years of working on myself. After less than a year of work, a whole book was born in which I described a way to live a better life and achieve my goals. But I waited a long time before I started offering the book. I am not someone who has all my problems solved and has been able to live according to it flawlessly. That may take many more years. It is an ideal\/guideline that one can return to every time they move forward in something or, conversely, feel stuck. 2023 A truly authorial exhibition In 2023, I organized an exhibition in a nearby caf\u00e9 in Brand\u00fds nad Labem.
